THE TANGY SHOP will accept no liability for damaged products due to weather or shipping damage. Chips specifically lays are especially susceptible to shipping damage.

When the weather is warm in your shipping destination, it becomes increasingly difficult to guarantee chocolate will arrive in its original condition. When temperatures are above 28°C (82°F), Munch /or other chocolate may melt slightly in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any temperature-related damages caused
